The Adventures of Dehu: Our Elf on the Shelf

Meet Dehu!
Are you following us on social media already? You can find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If you're not, now is the best time of year! Why? Because our Elf on the Shelf, Dehu, is visiting us leading up to Christmas! He hides around our office and warehouse each night and waits patiently for one our team members to find him the next morning.
We get so excited to be able to share his hiding spot each day during the week, so we post a photo after he has been found! If you want to catch up on where he has been so far, we are only on day five! We'd love for you to be able to see what he has gotten into so far. Stay tuned for where we might find him next.

Happy Thursday y'all! We wanted to write a blog post to share about a recent trip our team took to Atlanta, Georgia. They were able to spend time with other SERVPRO marketing team members. They spent the day learning together and from each other!
One of the best things about SERVPRO is that we are all one team, and we WANT to learn from each other. When you work with SERVPRO, you are working with a national network of over 1,700+ franchise locations from across the country. Our First SERVPRO Convention

Once a year, all of the SERVPRO franchise owners and some of their team members get together for the annual SERVPRO Convention. In 2020, convention looked a little different. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it was held virtually.
This year, we were fortunate enough to have a hybrid convention! Some of our owners stayed home and watched virtually, while some of the SERVPRO family went down to Orlando, Florida to spend time with each other and learn from one another.
This year was our owners, Bo & Cates, very FIRST annual SERVPRO Convention as franchise owners. They were also able to bring along their families! Check out our Facebook for some cute photos of the kids enjoying their time in Florida.
Through general sessions, workshops and fellowship, our owners were able to gain knowledge that we are bringing back to our territory to better serve YOU.

1-4-8 Policy

What can you expect when you give us a call? For any job we get called into, we have a policy know as "The 148 Policy." Within 1 hour, we'll be in contact with you and set up a time to be there. Within 4 hours, we'll be on site at your disaster- big or small. Within 8 hours, we will brief the team and get started on getting your home or business back to "Like it never even happened."
