Lynn Smith
Lynn Smith is our Key Accounts/Operations Manager and has been with our team since 2009. She has the following certifications: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(IICRC), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FRST). She is a driving force of our organization. Her customers love her commitment in making sure their jobs are handled correctly.
Tammie Hudson
Tammie is a Crew Chief with our Fire Team and she has been with our team since 2014. Tammie has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and she is great with our customers.
Tony Berry
Tony is a Crew Chief with our Carpet/Upholstery/Hard Tile Team and has been with our team since 2014. Tony has spearheaded several of our large carpet cleaning jobs and he is great with our customers.
Sam Malloy
Sam is our first responder and has been with our company since 2012. Sam started off in our Production Department, moved over to Sales & Marketing and is now one of the first faces that you see when you have water, fire or mold damage. Sam has the following certifications: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification(IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician(WRT). He is very knowledgeable in our business and is a valuable asset to our team.
Leslie Jordan
Leslie is a job file coordinator and has been with us since 2011. She came to us from another SERVPRO and has brought a wealth of knowledge to our team. She makes sure our estimates are done in a timely and CORRECT manner.
Susan Bryan
Susan has been with us since 2010 and is a key part of our team. She wears many hats but mainly, she helps the construction department. She is one of our most dedicated employees and she is always there to do whatever needs to be done to make sure our customers are taken care of. She also goes out on our large loss jobs when needed. Fun fact: Susan is Jim's sister and Bo's Mom.
Eddie Flores
Eddie has been with the SERVPRO team since September of 2017. He is mainly on the construction side and helping get our customers put back. When needed, Eddie jumps in to help the production department with water and fire losses! Eddie currently holds the Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He has years of experience within the restoration industry and we are glad that he has brought those skills to our team.
David Spitzmiller
David started as a Sales and Marketing Representative in 2019 and is now our Sales and Marketing Manager. He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge. Most recently, he owned his own landscape company for 25 years and has come into our organization to help us grow and continue our success. A little fun fact, David’s daughter is actually engaged to Jeremy Walker!
Jeremy Walker
Jeremy is a Sales and Marketing representative who started with us in 2020. He is young, eager, and ready to learn as much about the business and be a key player in our day-to-day success. A little fun fact, Jeremy is actually engaged to David Spitzmiller’s daughter!
Nadia Villasmil
Nadia came to us in 2019 after working for us on a large loss as a temporary worker. Not only does she come to work with a positive attitude, she comes in and does what we ask of her to the best of her ability. Nadia is now a Crew Chief!
Kimbi Bagnal
Kimbi has been with our team since September of 2020. During her time with us, her knowledge of our services has grown by leaps and bounds. When it comes to customer service and taking care of the customer in their time of need, Kimbi is there! Kimbi is WRT certified and is ready to help any of our customers, in any situation. We are thankful to have Kimbi as a part of our team!
Mark Shropshire
Mark has been with our team since August 2020. He has made an immediate impact in our growing Construction department. Since being on board, he has brought a wealth of knowledge to our team. With Mark on our team, we can truly make your loss "Like it never even happened."
Brandon Wriedt
Brandon has been a part of our team since May 2021. Since joining our team, he has developed into one of our Crew Chiefs. He always has a positive attitude and puts the customer first to make sure that our team is focused on taking care of our customer. Brandon is a great asset to our team and we cannot wait to see him continue to grow with us in the future.
Jamie Ortiz
Jamie has been with our team since the middle of 2021. If you have called into our office since then, you have probably spoken with her! Since joining our team, she has fit in to our culture and has brought a positive attitude and a customer centric mind. Jamie is one of our Job File Coordinators. If you ever have a fire or water loss, she is going to be calling you daily to make sure our team is taking care of you in your time of need.
Matt Roberts
Matt has been with our team since June 2021 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. We always tell our team that we can move mountains with a positive attitude and a little bit of effort. Matt is a true testament to this saying and is willing to do whatever is asked to make sure that our customers are taken care of. Welcome to the team, Matt!
Cole Brown
Since joining our team in June of 2021, Cole has made an immediate impact on our team. He has learned as much as he can about our services, in a very short amount of time. Cole has quickly jumped into the role of Crew Chief and is responsible for making sure our customers are taken care of in a timely manner. We look forward to helping Cole grow and develop with our team!
Francisco Moreno
Francisco has been with us since February 2021. Francisco has been a great addition to the team and he is focused on doing what he needs to do to help our customers out in their time of need. He is always bringing a smile and an energetic personality to all the jobs that he is on. Did you know that his wife, Eyu, also works with us? We are happy to have them as part of the SERVPRO family!
Daniel Frederick
Since joining our team in March of 2021, Daniel has been a great addition to our team. His main role is working on our in house construction team but he is willing to help the company, in whatever capacity is asked of him. Daniel is detail oriented and make sure that the customer receives the attention to detail required to make it "Like it never even happened."
